The Site is owned and operated by the Pafos Innovation Institute (the “PII”), a not-for-profit entity registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, number HE400056, having its registered offices at 69 Neophytou Nicolaidi Street in Pafos, 8011.
PII updates these terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon published here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.
Use of the Site
All Site content is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Use of the Site content for educational purposes is encouraged.
Some areas of this Site are available only to registered users, including current and prospective students, staff, alumni and/or other authorised users.
Registered users are responsible for keeping your information and passwords up to date and confidential.
The PII permits its students and staff to maintain personal pages in some sections of the Site. Any views expressed on these pages do not necessarily represent the views of the PII.
All rights, including copyright, in the content of the Site (including, but not limited to, the logo, trademarks and trade dress, all text, pictures, layout, graphics, video and audio material and artwork) are owned or controlled by the PII unless otherwise stated.

Availability of Services and Products in the Online Store
The PII has made reasonable efforts to ensure that the information about academic and executive programs provided on this Site is correct at the time of publication. However, the PII reserves the right to withdraw or change, for any reason, at any time, and/or without notice, any of the academic or executive programs, tuition fees, entry requirements and/or services available or provided on behalf of the PII.
Prospective students should note that their choice of subjects may be limited by considerations of timetable, staffing and/or available place on course/program.
Unless otherwise agreed by the University in writing, the price for the goods will be the price as displayed on the Site. That price is subject to the addition of all costs or charges in relation to postage, carriage and insurance where applicable, and payment must be received in advance in all transactions.
Purchase of Servicesin the Online Store
The PII shall supply the academic and executive programs and other services offered on the Site to any party registered on the Site. Any party making the purchase through the Online Store shall mean the Customer.
The Customer’s order constitutes an offer to the PII to purchase the programs or services offered. All orders are subject to acceptance by the PII, and the PII will confirm such acceptance to the Customer by sending an email confirmation. The purchase contract will only be formed once the order confirmation is received.
The Customer consents to receive communications from the PII electronically and agrees that all contracts, notices, disclosures and other communications that the PII provides to the Customer electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All payments made through the website must be made in euro (EUR). Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred in making the payment or in processing a refund shall be borne by the Customer making payment, and shall not be deductible from the amount due to the PII.
Cancellations and Refunds
The Customer has the right to cancel the online transaction within fourteen (14) days from the day the order has been made.
To cancel, the Customer must inform the PII in writing (by letter, fax or email) and include the reason for cancellation.
The rights outlined in clauses 6.1 and 6.2, however, do not apply to the supply of the following:
8.3.1. services and products, including digital products, if the supply has already commenced with the agreement or immediately thereafter;
8.3.2 academic programs, executive education or other courses commencing within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If the PII should have to cancel pursuant section 8.1, the PII shall provide the Customer with a full refund.
Please note that sections 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 above only apply to purchases through the Online Store. A separate Refund Policy governs refunds for cancellations of enrolment in academic and executive programs and cessation of ongoing studies at PII.
While the PII has made reasonable efforts to verify the quality and accuracy of the information on this Site at the time of publication, the PII does not warrant that this is the case. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the information and other material on this web site is provided “as is”, and the PII makes nor representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Site, including any implied warranties as to accuracies, freedom from viruses or bugs, non-infringement, compatibility, security, nor completeness. To the fullest extent permissible under the law the PII disclaims all warranties.
The PII endeavours to make this Site available 24 hours a day, it reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access, without notice, to either the whole or part of the web site, for any reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by the law, the PII excludes all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party in connection with the use of this web site.
While every effort is made to ensure downloadable content is free from viruses, the PII accepts no liability for damages resulting from virus infection.
No waiver of any breach of these terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or of any other provision.
