Prof. Tal Katz-Navon

Tal Katz-Navon is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Arison School of Business of the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya, Israel. She received her Ph.D in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Prof. Katz-Navon studies cross-level models of organizational climates, employee motivation, learning processes, autonomy, and voice, that aim to improve employees and organizational performances. Among others, her research integrates organizational behavior and health services research and is focused on quality improvement and clinical outcomes in healthcare. Her research has been published in top journals as Academy of management journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Management Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Medical Care, and more.
